Easy ordering process and fast delivery.

Very expensive for something that doesn't last that long .

I am so glad that I purchased my So Clean 2. I love the ease and convenience of the machine. I don't have to worry cleaning my CPAP all the time this does it for me. Best purchase ever ❤

My SoClean is easy to use. I don’t miss using my CPap because I haven’t cleaned it.

The technology works, this is my 2nd machine. The first machine which I had for 5+ years had a closure latch that broke in the first 6 months. To use the machine, I placed a gallon bottle of distilled water on top to close the machine so it would go through cleaning cycle.
I have had the new machine for about two weeks and while that latch has not broken it still seems fragile and does jam. It has not been improved in this newer machine. Frankly it’s a poorly designed and cheap component to an otherwise highly functional machine.

Satisfied with the product. Was unhappy with the shipping. Understand delays due to covid-19, but never could get a clear delivery date. Once I did get a date, product came a day early.

So much easier for me.

I received a shipping notification about 2 weeks ago. However, per the tracking, my package hasn’t left the warehouse. I am still waiting to see when my package will arrive.

Price is high and installment instructions are so complicated and nebulous. If it wasn't for a person showing me how to install every thing on youTube I would had not been able to figure it out. This was prevalent reaction from a plenty of people. I don't know if the machine really cleans CPAP as it purports. I don't smell the freshness in the mask as I expected and read about! Somedays, I have to run SoClean twice to clean the mask, tube, and water chamber. Again, the instructions did not indicate if we need to empty the water chamber and clean it under the faucet "sometimes". Also ordering a filter set every 6 months is another expense you have to put out. Overall, this is too expensive for what the machine does. Not really impressed.
